Exchange policy
We are more than happy to help you facilitate an exchange for a purchase at our 19 Jersey Street Red Sox Team Store location. You can mail your exchange to Red Sox Team Store, 19 Jersey Street, Boston, MA 02215. Please include a note explaining exactly what you would like in exchange and all of your contact information. We will contact you for your credit card information for the $5 exchange fee which will cover the shipping back to you. If we are out of stock of the item you are looking to exchange, we will contact you to find something else that we can send you in replacement. Store Policy
No cash or credit refunds are issued on any merchandise.
Unworn or unused items may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on the following:
Merchandise that appears laundered, worn, and/or hats that have a crushed crown
Clearance and/or reduced merchandise
Merchandise that we no longer carry and/or player merchandise of a player that has been traded or whose number has changed or who is not on the active roster
Custom Jerseys
Bathing suits and undergarments
Commemorative merchandise including, but not limited to: Special Events, Opening Day, Wild Card, ALDS, ALCS, World Series, Futures at Fenway, Interleague Series
Game Used and Autographed Memorabilia
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that may fall into the above categories.
Gift Cards are issued and redeemed at full merchandise value and may not be used in conjunction with any discounts. Gift Cards cannot be used towards the purchase of game used or autographed memorabilia.
